By placing an order with What The Deck TCG, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Product Descriptions & Condition

All card conditions are assessed and described to the best of our ability. Images used on listings are representative of the item being sold; minor variations may occur unless otherwise stated.

Graded Cards

Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the relevant grading company, including but not limited to PSA, BGS, and CGC. What The Deck TCG does not provide any additional guarantees beyond the grade assigned by the grading company.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or stock discrepancies at any time. In the event an order must be cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

What The Deck TCG shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of products sold, beyond the original purchase value of the item(s).

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
